Cancellation of Subscription
Subscribers can cancel anytime by accessing their account settings on our platform or by reaching out to our customer support team via email at support@snapy.ai. On receiving your request, we'll process it promptly, halting future billings.
Remember: canceling doesn't equate to an immediate refund for unused portions of your subscription term. You'll retain access to Snapy.ai features until your current billing cycle's end.
For avoiding future payments, users are advised to cancel their subscriptions if they do not wish to continue into the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We extend a money-back guarantee for users unsatisfied with our service, provided they've utilized less than 30% of the service. Beyond 30% usage, refunds will not be entertained.
