Terms of Service

Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), AISOLO Technologies Private Limited, operator of Snapy.ai ("Snapy.ai", "we", "us", and/or "our"), provides access to Snapy.ai's AI-powered video editing platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term "you" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.

1.1 Service Description

Snapy.ai provides an AI-powered video editing platform that transforms and enhances your media through:

• AI-powered video editing and transformation tools
• Audio enhancement and background noise removal
• Automated content generation and video creation
• Watermark, logo, metadata, and content-provenance detection, addition, removal, or modification tools
• Secure cloud storage and processing of media files
• Adobe extension integration for seamless workflow

1.2 Service Access

• Access is provided through snapy.ai and associated domains
• Available as an Adobe extension through official Adobe channels
• Requires creation and maintenance of an account
• Subject to continued compliance with these terms

2.1 Account Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2.2 Acceptable Use

• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Upload only content you have the legal right to use
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Refrain from using the platform for illegal or harmful content
• Do not remove or alter watermarks, attribution, copyright-management information, Content Credentials, C2PA manifests, authenticity labels, or other provenance signals unless you own the content or have express authority and the removal is lawful
• Do not use the Services to conceal infringement, evade a platform or legal disclosure duty, misrepresent AI-generated or manipulated media as authentic, impersonate a person, facilitate fraud, create deceptive deepfakes, tamper with evidence, or defeat safety and trust systems
• Do not process non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, or content that unlawfully exploits, harasses, defames, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of another person

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Various subscription tiers with different feature access
• Recurring billing based on selected plan and billing cycle
• Additional charges may apply for premium features or usage beyond plan limits
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

3.2 Usage Limits

• Processing time and storage limits based on subscription tier
• Additional usage charged according to published rates
• Transparent usage tracking and notification

3.3 Payment Processing

• Secure payment processing through authorized providers
• Automatic billing for subscription renewals
• Tax calculation and collection where applicable
• Processing fees may be included in subscription charges

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscription cancellation available through account settings
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• If you experience a verified issue caused by our platform, we may, at our sole discretion, refund up to one (1) month of subscription or platform fees you paid. That one-month amount is the maximum refund we will provide
• Credit purchases, one-time charges, and fees for completed processing are otherwise non-refundable
• Except for this limited goodwill refund (and where applicable law requires otherwise), we are not responsible for any other problems, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services

4.1 Data Usage Commitment

• We do not use customer data for AI model training or algorithm improvement
• Customer data is used solely for providing our core services
• All customer data is automatically purged every 6 months for privacy protection
• Data from Adobe integrations is treated with the same privacy standards

4.2 Current Data Practices

• Collection of account and user preference information
• Temporary storage of uploaded media files for processing
• Processing of payment and subscription information
• Technical data for platform operation and security

4.3 Adobe Extension Data

• Data received through Adobe integrations follows the same privacy principles
• Adobe-sourced content is processed solely for user-requested editing tasks
• Integration data is subject to automatic 6-month purging
• Compliance with Adobe's extension privacy and security standards

4.4 Data Protection

• Implementation of industry-standard security measures
• Encrypted storage and transmission of media files
• Regular security audits and updates
• Automatic data purging every 6 months

5.1 User Content Rights

• Users retain full ownership of their original content
• Limited license granted to process and store content temporarily
• Right to delete uploaded content at any time
• Automatic deletion of all content every 6 months

5.2 Output Content

• Users own edited videos and generated outputs
• Rights to utilize AI-generated content for personal or commercial use
• Responsibility for ensuring legal compliance of outputs

5.3 Platform Rights

• Protection of platform technology and algorithms
• Right to improve platform performance and security
• No rights claimed over user content or outputs

6.1 AI Usage

• AI systems used exclusively for media processing and enhancement
• Automated video editing and transformation for user requests
• No use of customer data for training or improving AI models

6.2 Data Processing

• Automated media analysis and processing for service delivery
• Algorithm-based content transformation
• Quality enhancement and optimization for user outputs

6.3 Watermark and Provenance Tools

Watermark and metadata tools are provided for legitimate editing, privacy, accessibility, security, research, and authorized production workflows. Before using them, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and other authority required to process it and distribute the result
• Your use will not infringe intellectual property, remove protected rights-management information without authority, breach a contract or platform rule, or violate an applicable transparency, labeling, recordkeeping, advertising, election, consumer-protection, or AI law
• You will preserve an unmodified original and any provenance records required for your workflow, dispute, audit, or legal obligations
• You will add or retain any disclosure needed to identify synthetic or materially manipulated content, even if the Service removes a technical provenance signal

Removing a visible mark or embedded manifest does not transfer copyright, create a license, prove ownership, make content non-infringing, or eliminate disclosure obligations. Results may be incomplete, may alter media, and may irreversibly remove metadata. We do not verify your authority, determine whether metadata is legally protected, or provide legal advice.

• Right to terminate for violations of terms
• Account suspension for misuse or illegal content
• Immediate data deletion upon termination or as part of 6-month purge cycle
• Users may terminate service and request immediate data deletion
• We may reject processing, preserve information when legally required, remove content, or suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect infringement, fraud, deceptive provenance removal, safety abuse, or other unlawful activity

THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR CONTENT, YOUR LACK OF RIGHTS OR CONSENT, REMOVAL OR LOSS OF WATERMARKS OR PROVENANCE INFORMATION, FAILURE TO MAKE REQUIRED AI OR EDITING DISCLOSURES, RELIANCE ON AN OUTPUT AS AUTHENTIC OR COMPLIANT, OR YOUR DISTRIBUTION OR OTHER USE OF AN OUTPUT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISOLO Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or related to your content, use or misuse of the Services, outputs you create or distribute, violation of this Agreement or law, or infringement or violation of another person's rights. We may control the defense of an indemnified matter, and you agree to cooperate.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
